amazing grounds fantastic staff beautiful king smelly bathroom door lock missing toiletries
the hotel grounds looked amazing upon arrival (very grand!). the staff seemed fantastic . i loved my spacious beautiful king room with great decor. the room featured views of fine gardens and the golf course.
the room door lock needed some wd40. the bathroom smelled a bit like drains. housekeeping did not replenish toiletries .

good breakfast jam selection lacking housekeeping no sugar
the breakfast was good (especially the selection of jams).
I found that housekeeping was lacking. They didn't replenish toiletries of multiple nights. i even left a note requesting sugar and milk, but it was not fulfilled. i got it at reception though.

amazing stay!
fresh room lounge bar delicious food
i arrived and my room was ready! the windows were open, so the room was fresh and clean. at the lounge bar, i asked about food and they sorted something out for me. later, at the bistro restaurant, i asked about campari, and they found it! the food was delicious!!!
the wifi was shocking, but the staff agreed that it will be changed soon.

the hotel is conveniently located with beautiful views from the walking path. yard games are available for the kids, and there is even golf to enjoy. it provides a peaceful setting.

there are two restaurants and a bar on-site, so afternoon tea is readily available. breakfast was cooked to order and tasted just right. the service was excellent and very friendly.
